Accepted Payment Methods:
Cash, Check, PayPal (additional fee of 5% if paid with PayPal from outside the US). Dr. Fausch does not accept insurance.

Cancellation Policy:
Without notification of 24 hours in advance, missed scheduled therapy appointments are to be paid in full.
